Worthington Enterprises rebrands Viking Cylinders to Ragasco
Worthington Enterprises‘ composite cylinders brand, Viking Cylinders, will now be sold using the Ragasco name throughout North America.
Worthington Enterprises acquired Hexagon Ragasco in June 2024. Previously, Hexagon Ragasco marketed its cylinders in North America under the Viking Cylinders brand.
After its establishment in 1996, Ragasco manufactured lightweight, customizable liquefied petroleum gas composite cylinders. According to the company, Ragasco cylinders are ideal for propane-powered forklifts in industrial settings as well as a wide range of hospitality and leisure applications.
“Leveraging the trusted Ragasco name strengthens our ability to deliver innovative solutions to the North American propane market,” says Bobby Weinberg, general manager of propane and building products for Worthington Enterprises. “As a trusted supplier of propane products, Worthington Enterprises is committed to providing high-quality solutions for a wide range of commercial and residential applications. We are excited to expand our North American portfolio with the addition of the Ragasco composite cylinder.”
Headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, Worthington Enterprises and its joint ventures employ approximately 6,000 people throughout North America and Europe.
